Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for urgent orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for larger orders

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fencing products. If you need to return an item, please follow our simple process below.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition (with all tags and packaging)
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation
  • The item isn’t part of our non-returnable products (listed below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Barbed Wire Fencing (cut to order)
  • Chain Link Fence Fabric (cut to size)
  • Electric Fence Chargers (safety equipment)
  • Custom-cut fencing materials
  • Opened packages of Chicken Wire

Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use this template for quick processing:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (or equivalent protection for fencing materials) and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  • A copy of your order confirmation

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable service.
  • Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Delivery: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products (like bent fence posts or malfunctioning gate openers):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label)

Important Notes

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • We cannot accept unauthorized returns
  • Restocking fees may apply for large/commercial orders (we’ll notify you in advance if applicable)
  • International returns (outside the U.S.) may be subject to customs fees – these are the customer’s responsibility
