We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of chain link fencing, automatic gate openers, or any of our security solutions. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all tags and packaging)
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation
- The product isn’t part of our non-returnable items (see section 5 below)
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Barbed Wire Fencing (cut to order)
- Chain Link Fence Fabric (cut to size)
- Electric Fence Chargers (safety equipment)
- Custom-cut fencing materials
- Opened packages of Chicken Wire
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we process your request quickly:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (or equivalent protection for fencing materials) and include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- A copy of your order confirmation

Return Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Delivery: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (like bent fence posts or malfunctioning gate openers):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label)
Important Notes
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- We cannot accept returns sent to us without prior authorization
- Restocking fees may apply for large/commercial orders (we’ll notify you in advance if applicable)
- International returns (outside the U.S.) may be subject to customs fees – these are the customer’s responsibility
