The 6 in. long tube coupler slides over the ends of 1-3/8 in. top rail to connect two pieces together. The sleeves are crimped in the center to keep top rails evenly aligned. It can also be used to repair bent or broken top rails without having to replace the entire rail. No additional hardware is needed for the connection or repair. The Everbilt Metal Rail Sleeves have a galvanized coating to help resist weathering and rust, and increase longevity. This coating makes the fittings perfect for outdoor and long-term use.
